Squirrel Barn is a very beautiful and very friendly hi-spec barn conversion. Winner of multiple awards. Designed for families, children, pets and parties, max sleep 14. Hi-speed wifi, 7xTV+ Firesticks, 6 bedrooms + 1 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, extra beds for big parties. Kitchen/diner/family room for 14 with TV and cinema surround sound, bluetooth, karaoke and Alexa. VERY CHILD/PET FRIENDLY, large gardens and terraced patio, wood fired hot tub always hot, fire pit, BBQ, secure child garden and sand pit, swings, slides, darts, basketball, zip wire, extensive toys and garden games for all ages including adults. Very close to the Green Man, award-winning rural pub, pet and child friendly, does takeaway stone-baked pizza:) Also has a small very good restaurant. Squirrel Barn is exceptionally well equipped, quite hi-tech with the emphasis being kitchen facilities and garden facilities for all ages. The gardens are always lit at night, with patios and furniture, wood fired hot tub, fire pit, badminton, darts, basket ball, zip wire, swings and slides, sand pit, buckets of toys and games for all ages, inside and outside.

Amazing place!
Stayed at squirrel barn as a group of 11 adults for my 40th birthday. What an amazing place! Communication was brilliant throughout the whole process. David met us when we arrived and was so helpful and friendly. The accommodation was perfect, it had everything we needed and more! Everyone felt at home, really enjoyed the hot tub and there were plenty of beds, towels, etc for everyone. Such a relaxed and fun place to stay. We cant wait to return with our children as we know they will absolutely love it too! If you are considering staying here, definitely do it, you wont be disappointed!

40th Birthday Celebration
The cottage is quirky and ideal for a group of friends to celebrate together. Prior to checking in, David could not have been more helpful, answering every question and arranging for some of us to get there early and decorate the house. We had a fab time relaxing in the hot tub and chatting around the huge table listening to music. I would definitely recommend Squirrel Barn to others.

The location was amazing. The property needs a good deep clean to get rid of cob webs, food spilage in the freezer and dusty skirting boards. The property does not have a bedroom with twin beds they are twin mattresses on the floor behind a curtain. The hot tub was dirty and not sure had H&S checks so didnt use it. The garden needed weeding and the grass cutting. The owner was very helpful and really goodxat tesponding to questions.

Lovely stay and great value for money
We had a party of 11 and the property was perfect, plenty of beds and facilities. The zip line was great fun. Our hosts were helpful, friendly, and informative. The relatively short distance to Alton Towers was handy too. And to top it all off I thought the price was very reasonable. We would love to stay again 😊

Great fun for large groups
The garden and house has some amazing features. Problems were dealt with quickly. Plenty to do in terms of games, and great outdoor details, such as hot tub and zip wire. Lots of towels provided. Fields very close for the dog walking.

Stayed here for my hen party and had a great time. Everything you could need for a family holiday or a couple of nights away with friends. Some of the guests are already talking of booking again 😄
