Excellent Stay – Great Service, Comfort, and Value
I had an excellent experience at the Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East. When I called for the shuttle from the airport, it arrived within five minutes, and the driver was exceptionally friendly and helped me with my bags. Check-in was quick and efficient, and my suite was spacious, and very comfortable.
I especially appreciated the free WiFi and full kitchen — it’s not often you get a proper fridge and freezer in a hotel room, and for anyone traveling with a medication cooler that needs refrigeration as well as a freezer, that’s a huge plus.
The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, including several cooked options, and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, it was great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable stay near the airport.

"I have stayed here multiple times, however this time the service was not the greatest i. The cafe ordered food never came. Was not a good reaponse from the lady so I spoke with the Ma ager amd he gave me a refund for inconvenience. Great service on that end to resolve"
