Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grächen 13 km, Zermatt 25 km, Saas-Grund 18 km. Please note: railway line closeby. Fresh bread can be bought at the Kalpetran-Emd cable lift (mornings between 7:00 - 7:45 a.m), approx 5 minutes away on foot.
