"The staff at the front desk and the pool/towels area were RUDE. Seem to forget who is paying for the stays and HOW MUCH we are paying as guests. It is evident there is NO CARE for Customer Satisfaction. The Bar Tenders were ALL good and polite. Also - the noise at night from the neighboring properties is BAD and there is no warning given to the guests."

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Entertainment bonuses using both resorts as talent varies. All restaurants including Buffett and specialty were excellent. Did not go to casino- used concierge for excursion and transportation booking and all was amazing. "
