"This hotel is not so the offbeat path, but off a main road be prepared to pay for parking if you were in a car. The most important thing is how clean the room is everything and I’m talking in corners and edges. The last thing I wanna see when I go into a hotel and I’ve been in fancy hotels where I find a dead bug or a live cockroach. This was in Florida. It’s a good size room. The TV works. Everything is extremely clean and that is the most important thing and I’m close enough to where I need to go taking a Lyft or an Uber is not a lot and I can even walk. I’m starting to go to LA more often and this is usually my go to place."

"The cleaning staff was super nice and helpful! The hotel itself does need to do better with cleaner towels and cleaner areas though. Also the valet parking option was a little much considering they would park the car was literally 10 ft from where we were standing. The rooms are also not sound proof for sure!"

"I arrived in California early because we had a full day planned, and my son also had some work he needed to get done. We made it to the hotel around 11:30 a.m., so I asked if there was any chance of an early check-in. To my surprise, they checked us in RIGHT AWAY at 11:30am with no extra charge! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that accommodated an early check-in that early without charging a fee. That alone started our stay off on the right foot! The gentleman who checked us in was such a delight. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition! He was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. What really confirmed the level of service for me was later at the pool, when another guest randomly mentioned how great the staff was during a general conversation. When other guests are saying the same thing without even being asked, you know the customer service is TOP-NOTCH. The rooms were very nice, and I absolutely loved the elegant rooftop and pool area. The hotel is also in a GREAT central location close to the airport and within a reasonable distance of Universal Studios, Santa Monica Beach, and other places we wanted to visit. My only disappointment was the carne asada tacos at butterfly restaurant at the pool- definitely needed more flavor and seasoning, but honestly, that was the only real downside of my stay. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this hotel."
