"The information about this motel was very very misleading. Pictures were definitely. Not accurate. While checking in the female staff was very rude. Was old. Said it was recently updated. I don’t know what they consider updated but definitely not the lighting was very bad in the room the showerhead was broken or messed. Something was wrong with it because water shot out everywhere carpet was dirty not worth the stay was so very disappointed in hotels.com felt very misled and deceived by the information and pictures about this not even a hotel but motel."

"AVOID THIS MOTEL. Don't let the refresh of decor or low-ish price fool you. The Internet didn't work in my room, and the manager says it "often drops" in other rooms. When I brought it up to the front desk staff, the lady at reception simply denied there was a problem and became angry. When I politely asked to sit in the lobby to do work e-mail, I was yelled at and angrily kicked out under threat of her calling the police. For what? For trying to sit quietly and access the Internet I was paying for and neeed for my work? It was completely irrational. I had paid for 3 nights up front via Hotels.com and was told "We never give any refunds. Ever." When I checked out two nights early, abandoning my $250 payment, they even kept the $30 in parking fees we were required to pre-pay. As I sat on the dirty floor in the hallway to do email, the neighbors could be heard shouting and cursing. The pictures look cute, but this is a low-life dump in reality."

"Nicely optimized little spot. Bring hair dryer (none provided) and open the windows (smoke smell inside). Otherwise excellent in general and amazing for the price."

"It’s a nice hotel. However there was a problem with the refrigerator making noise. I called staff at night but no one responded. I wasn’t able to sleep the first night but they fixed it the day afer. The tv remote didn’t work as well. "
