"So so bad experience, not clean, horrible elevators, AC in room not working!! "

"When I arrived at the front desk on the 2nd April, 2026 at about 6pm, I met a staff that was very unfriendly and looked angry. I booked for four nights for 474USD. My credit card was usedin the reservation and i opted to pay upon arrival. When I arrived I had cash to pay for my reservation, but I was charged for 500USD for paying cash and 474USD if I wanted to pay by credit card. My question is, why is this so? I feel it is a cheat. I didnt have a choice so I paid. The hotel is basic and amenities are old. The breakfast is very basic and not continental as described. The location is good as there is Walmart behind and Wawa Store opposite. Over all, I feel paying by card or cash must have the same value and not be different. "

"Absolutely ужасный hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT come here, especially with family or kids. The place is filthy, the room smells terrible, and the sheets were dirty with hair on them. There are questionable people everywhere, and you can hear disturbing noises from other rooms all the time. Completely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs."

"The room was as described with everything you need to feel like you have the comforts of home. Kitchen had the necessary cookware. Linens, laundry baskets, vacuum all supplied. Plenty of parking and laundry facilities, quiet building. The host was timely with instructions and responding to emails. We have decided to stay here again for next 7 weeks for week. We would recommend."

"Check in / out were very easy. Communication was excellent. The room is clean and well equipped. I would give 4.5 stars but not able for a partial. The partial (not 5 stars) is only due to an unscheduled Fire Alarm test, at 9am on Wed morning. Everything else was GREAT! "
