"Very upset that although my stay was already paid for via Hotels.com and this was told to them at check-in, the hotel charged me upon arrival for the entire stay again anyway and when I questioned it, the front desk person put in a reversal that would still take 3-5 business days instead of voiding out that transaction so it tied my available money up on my credit card several days. "CLEAN AND SPACIOUS"

"Room was small but clean. Bed was uncomfortable. I think it was the pillows. I loved the shower and the bathroom amenities. The area is dangerous at night but its right next to the N and R train. "

"This hotel is nice enough, it worked for our stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was large and clean. The bed was comfy - but it was so high, I had trouble getting into bed. I am a senior, just 5' tall, and I literally could not get onto the bed! I finally took the bed closest to a wall and had to push myself up with my feet against the wall. Why are hotel beds so high. I'm not a youngster who can jump up onto the bed. If I ever stay here again, I'll either bring a step...
