"Even though the staff was very polite and service oriented the building was old, the showers and bathrooms were community showers and bathrooms in each floor. In the shower the handles had mold. When anyone in the building open a faucet, flushed the toilet or showered you could hear it in the dinning room area located in the basement. "Parking was tight near the rooms. There was no change over room service. You get what you pay for but overall it was okay"

"Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!"

"The staff was so helpful, kind and wonderful. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is great for restaurants, shopping and stores. It is a few miles from a few different beach towns. I am definitely staying again. I may even go back and book again tonight after I leave the beach."

"I never got to stay there because nobody was say the desk to check me in and was charged the Tull amount of the room through Expedia. Expedia tried to rectify it but could not reach a manager there to waive my fees. Completely unacceptable"
