"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"This hotel has so much character. The decor is relaxing. The view of the river is well taken advantage of. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. The room was spotless. I will admit that the gap in the door seal allowed the room to be noisier than most. I also think about smoke coming into the room in case of a fire. "

"The room was clean in general. My bedspread and pillow cases were not clean. I had reached out the day before for early checkin for the next day. They said I could check in at 1pm no extra charge. Had the message so I could show checkin if needed. The lady at checkin was not nice at all. She acted as if she didnt believe me and proceeded to tell me affter I told her I have proof to again say "I just want you to know that you are very early" which we obviously established when I walked up LOL. I kept it cool and thanked her or checking me in and she remained to be not so nice to me! The lobby was filthy. The pond in the front when you walk in had bubbly algae or something foaming in it and junk like empty cans. Disgusting. The outside not so great either. Its a shame because this place used to be so nice when I lived in the area years ago. So, its just ok place to stay. "
