"Very impressed! Staff was on the ball, courteous and helpful from the get-go. Room was spacious, incredible floor to ceiling window, bathroom ok. Shower needs higher pressure, but that seems to be the norm these days everywhere unfortunately. The Italian restaurant downstairs is phenomenal-I’m still dreaming of their Cacio e Pepe. Overall, wish I had more need to stay in Brooklyn because this has quickly become a fave hotel. "

"Overall, it was comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious for 2 adults 2 kids (ages 7 and 10). Only reason i gave it 4 star was that we unluckily ended up with a room that had faulty heating. It wasnt working. So it was a hassle to change rooms after we had already 'settled in' for the night. However, the attendant at the front desk was kind and efficient in changing us to another room and the new room luckily had functioning heat. The free breakfast was good for yhe family, thoigh i do wish they had milk alternatives available for cereal and coffee. I could only have oatmeal and black coffee. Which isnt the end of the world. Im still thankful that breakfast was included. So it saved us a teip to Ruby Tuesdays or the food court at the mall. Mall was VERY close by, just walk about a block across the street. Free Shuttle was somewhat unreliable with time arriving at hotel but the hotel attendant was able to get ahold of them to make sure they were in their way. So I advise others to give yourself enough of a buffer with your departure time. We had no issues with being picked up from the airport to the hotel though 👌"
