I don’t understand the positive nature of most reviews. The rooms are tired, the walls are paper thin (you can literally hear when people turn over in bed in adjacent rooms). When we checked in, we were given a room key to a room which was still occupied, thankfully they were not in the room, but from a security perspective, this is hugely worrying. When we were given access to a replacement room, the safe did not work and we had to call maintenance. Despite having 5 suitcases (our stay here was part of a 5 week trip), at no point were we offered any support or assistance. None of this would be ok if it was a budget hotel, but this is not a budget hotel, and there are much better hotels in close proximity (noting the location is good). Hugely disappointing.

"This place is old and the rooms reflect that. Room was small. Walls and ceiling dirty, toilet was installed crooked we guess so that the door could close. Tv was the size of a small monitor. You have to pay for ice which is a first in all my many travels. Everything is outdated. I dropped a pill ..."
