"This cabin was cute, quaint, and cozy for our weekend stay. The hot cocoa surprise was a perfect touch for the extremely cold weekend and the toys available for our fur babies helped keep them entertained during our stay."

"The host was great and very responsive. We have stayed here now twice. Since our last stay, the kitchen and upstairs bath have been nicely renovated (new counter tops and tile etc.) The home is nicely appointed with typically needed items. The floor was very dirty and the kitchen amenities need a review and refresh! The increase in price due to the new counters and tile isn't overcome by no other updates and not so clean property! Those are our only pieces of feedback and easily fixed. ...

"The cabin was just as described and everything about the booking / arrival / departure was easy. A nice break from staying in Harrisonburg and close to the entrance of Shenandoah National Park. Would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay in Virginia. We enjoyed the secluded, tranquil vibe of the property. The property and the surrounding countryside are absolutely beautiful. It was very convenient to visit the Shenandoah National Park access points, as well as Monticello. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay."

"We got what we paid for at $65 per night. Hallway smelled like cigarettes, dogs barking in multiple rooms, dog poop smeared on the entrance walkway. Live and dead bugs in the room, heating/air conditioning unit didn’t work. The whole room felt damp. Lights were constantly flickering. Our room was on the first floor near an exit door and the stairwell and we heard slamming doors late into the night. Room advertised two queen beds but they were definitely doubles/fulls. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we didn’t eat it. Our standards aren’t all that high but this hotel was a big disappointment."
