Clean large room. Safe didn’t function and no lightbulb in desk lamp. Door card would only function on the 3rd attempt every time. Nice hotel but totally marred by an ‘Anime’ convention which lasted the 2 nights we were there. The hotel never informed us of this before our stay but if they had we would never have booked the accommodation. Noisy and packed with animated dysfunctional young people. We have yet to contact the hotel to raise our huge disappointment!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however.
Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening.

The only negative I can think of was the placement of the heating/ac unit which was right next to the bed. Not a big deal since I have stay in places with way noisier units in the rooms.

The room is on the small side of average and very spartan. There’s no kettle so had to traipse down the corridor to the kitchen like a student. Car park was full on arrival.
