"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

We hadn’t booked breakfast but they gave us a complimentary coffee and croissant as we left which was much appreciated "
