The check in staff left me while I was checking in, she said to check on the room if it’s already available. She never came back so I ended up going at the back of a long line for check in again. I asked for microwave as it was an available request while I was booking online but I had to ask 3 times to different staffs at the hotel just to finally learn that there isn’t any available. The reception area is very clean and the location is accessible to restaurants. The check out is at noon, which gave us more time to prepare home.
Over all, there are other hotels in the area more expensive than this. I would say with the kind of service, you get what you pay for.

It's great that I got a credit for the dining room, however, you really should have happy hour like every hotel and restaurant in Kelowna, it would keep guests at the hotel bar.
