"The room was clean and very well keep. The staff were all very kind and always willing to facilitate you even with a language barrier. The breakfast has a great selection of Brazilian dishes. My only set back was the bar didn’t have much local beers I expected to find but the cocktails were great "

"Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow. "

"Visited in March 2025. The earlier reviews and pictured looked good so booked this forma short stay. The location is quite good, a short walk from the beach (although the area feels rather sketchy especially when walking for dinner). It seemed like there was a lot of construction work going on everywhere in the hotel, dust and construction material laying around. The pools (small) were open but did not look very inviting as the water looked a bit green). The only elevator was extremely slow and noisy. The room was like described but very worn down and I'm clear need of a renovation. And upon arrival in the evening it was extremely hot and smelled like a sewer. We turned on the AC but it was only blowing the air in one direction and was also otherwise not vety effective. It took the whole night to get the room to even close to decent temperature, probably to around 25 degrees C after 10 hours or aomething. We only stayed for one night. Would not recommend to others."

"Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom."

"There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "
