I love that the place uses digital locks for security. Made it very easy to come and go. Room was clean but tight, I stayed here with my wife, very good location if you are there for the sights. I would stay here again.

The room was spotless and everything was exactly as it should be. The temperature was perfect and you can easily adjust the radiator if needed. The location is amazing. Honestly, it’s worth staying here just for that. The team was very friendly and welcoming. Being able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out was a great bonus. And the handwritten note they left was such a lovely touch. I’m definitely keeping it. Thank you!

Nice hotel built from apartments. Rooms are super clean and very well updated. In the heart of Old Town. No reception. The day of arrival they will email you the code to building and to room. Close to many cafes, restaurants and shops. I will tell you that certain things are expensive in Stockholm. I found cheaper prices and just as high of quality in Germany. Seems like the Scandinavian countries are just higher in shopping.

I didn't like the fact that I had booked a property without a concierge! I know that was my fault and I don't plan to do it again. It's helpful, in a foreign country, to have someone to ask questions of (hotel receptionist) and someone who can book a taxi (also receptionist). But apart from that the accommodation was clean and well maintained, although there was an unwelcoming odour in the entrance lobby and the window frames needed painting. There was a welcome coffee corner with a great coffee machine and good quality tea bags. We bought breakfast vouchers for Brod andSalt that was 5 minutes away. Not the most attractive cafe but the food was fine and we ate outside each day, on the waterfront.

The Bob check in system was super clunky and had issues verifying our info even though it was entered correctly. After a lengthy tech delay, we were able to access the room. The room was extremely small and didn't have any windows (as advertised). It's kind of tomb like, haha. We ended up booking at another hotel around the corner and basically paying double due to poor sleep. You get what you pay for. Extremely bare bones accommodations in a good location. Terrible check in process. Not great customer service. You can get ahold of an AI bot but good luck getting any useful information from a human. This is their lean business model, so if you're good with all that, go for it.

Great location on Gamla Stan. But the room was hardly spacious and with the fold out sofa impossible to move around. No closet space to unpack. No air flow and therefore very stuffy. Bed was poorly supported. Fourth floor had two spiral staircases to go up which was hard with luggage. Had to forage for sheets for sofa bed. Expensive for what it offered.

Well, first time at an unmanned hotel - it worked well considering I am not at the forefront of technology ! It was a good place to stay in Gamla Stan - we were 4 to a room which was tight, but if organized worked well. Teh second bed was a pull out couch, which was among the more comfortable pullouts - still a pull out though and less than the regular bed. These rooms would be really ideal for 2 people, but fine for 4 also. The washing machine was great, surprsingly free also. Despite there being , many other guests, it was quiet in rooms. Elevator only goes to 2 floor - many rooms require stairs which is fine. Nice to see a conversion well done into an old building. I would definately seek out Bob W in future in other cities -

Hébergement bien tenu. Attention peu de prise de courant dans la chambre (chambre double compacte,) et pas de réel double vitrage (un bruyant le matin côté rue). Même s il n' y a pas de personnel sur place, leur réactivité par messagerie est impressionnante ! Très bonne situation géographique.
