Overall the hotel was fine. Rooms were large enough. Limited service at hotel (due to no staff on the premises). As a tall person I found the beds a bit too short. The ceiling lamp in my room was also not working. Not large issue personally as I spent most of my time elsewhere and only really back at the hotel to sleep. The location of the hotel is good, close to several restaurants, pubs and stores. Busstop more or less just outside the hotel made it easy to get around.

Great location, it was close to everything, i.e. restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, Globen, the subway. The room was clean. We booked Room 1, Double Deluxe, so it came with an en-suite toilet and a separate shower. The bed was ok -the bedding was fresh and clean. The fridge was a Coca-Cola fridge, so it was a laugh for us, it wasn't very cold but it was sufficient for a night. Please note the hotel is unmanned, I received the check-in code the day before so no issues with checking in. There's an empty ex-cafe on the ground floor, which you walk through to get to the stairs to your room. Our room was on the upper floor facing the main street. Soundproofing is ok, but you will hear some street noise if they are extremely loud, like a siren or someone shouting. A good-enough place to stay for a night or two if what you are looking for is a clean place with good locations.

The hotel is under construction. It is dusty in the front lobby, and lights in the corridor are not switched on. The front facade windows are unwashed and dusty. The beds are horrible. The hotel management should go to IKEA and buy proper beds and pillows: https://www.ikea.com/se/en/p/neiden-bed-frame-pine-luroey-s59248612/ Entry codes wasn't sent to me via text only after when I've arrived and called "reception". Toilets are shared. The one thing good - toilets are clean. This hotel is not suitable for business travel. It is ok if you are on a budget and looking for a bed to sleep for the night. The room size is good with fridge, tv and internet access. It is near restaurants and convenient stores. If you have a family, don't bother with this place. Overall, you get what you pay for and it is ok if you can rough it out.

Never received my check-in code. Could tell by the outside that this not-staffed establishment was mainly for long-term occupants of the less groomed type. Would not have liked to stay there anyway

The room barely had space for a bed, it only had a sink, toilet and bathroom was shared. Breakfast not included. At the price, I had expected more. There was no reception. I got a code for the door, which worked OK.

I never received an access code in advance of my stay so I was shut out for about two hours. The place is under construction. There was another guest who arrived during my stay who told me that his room was empty and under construction my room was also so hot that I had to have the fan on me anytime I was in there. I do not recommend this place.

Prison like cell for a room in this 'hotel'.

This is not a hotel but a series of rooms (most in the basement) in a deserted building. There is no human contact or reception (so use of word hotel is misleading) and you enter a premises from the street, through a closed down restaurant and decend the stairs to your room (more like a cell). Room as small and basic with cheap fittings substituting for wardrobe or a desk, a skylight which leads to a shaft which then leads to another skylight much higher up. There is nothing in the room except the bed, a cabinet, a place to hang some items (no hangers), a small tv and a standing heater/fan. The safe was broken. The toilet shower in the hallway was clean but again small. This should not be listed on Hotels.com but on airb&b for its low standard and basic facilities.. there is no other room except the one you book, no lounge, living room, restaurant, bar, outside area.. NOTHING... There are NO toiletries, bottled water etc..There are much better places available nearby for the same price which are actual hotels or guest houses with facilities and human beings to check you in and provide you with information. Plus the hotel information and photographs do not represent this property. Horrendous.

This property is the worst i've ever stayed in. The contact to the staff (especially Michael) was nice and very helpful and friendly. But thats the only good thing i can say about this stay. They call themselves a Business Hotel. So i stayed there for a Business Trip. 3 Nights - NO SLEEP. Because of a very loud fan, you cannot turn off because it's a System for the whole house (The staff told me on the phone). The Bathroom is shared - any information beforehand when i booked with Expedia? NO! I found out while i read the reviews the morning of my arrival. The pictures? A thousand years old. The bathroom stinks, there is mold in every angle of the shower, the poo from millions of other people on the toilet brush. People smoke in their rooms, so the whole building smells like cold smoke. Never ever will come back in my whole life.

Rummet var helt ok. Mitt samtal om Early check-inn var inte noterat. Fick dock rummet lite tidigare då vi själva råkade se städpersonalen. Lobbyn var inte det minsta välkomnande såg ut som ingen gjort något där på länge = övergiven. Hårtorken på rummet fungerade inte och handfatet på wc var stickat.

Prydligt städat och skön säng i något nedgångna lokaler. Ingen personal på plats, så opersonligt bemötande. Matstället i entrén var under renovering och kunde inte ens erbjuda tevatten, förutom att det inte var en särskilt välkomnande yta. Fick tillgång till rummet före incheckning, vilket var tacksamt.

Vähän kulunut mutta siisti. Puolet halvempana olisi hyvä majoitus. Todella hyvä sänky ja peitot! Lavuaari oli pieni eikä vetänyt kunnolla. Sopii yöpymiseen jos haluaa vain yöpyä nopeasti, helposti ja ilman aamiaista. Kirjautumiskoodit toimi hyvin. Loistava sijainti jos haluaa yöpyä lähellä Vikinglinen terminaalia.
