Big house, great host!

We had a big family wedding and this was the perfect gathering house. Open layout, kid friendly, and great host who answered any questions and was super gracious to let us stay there and make some amazing memories!

Our stay was wonderful. Great house, excellent amenities. Enjoyed all the games. Sudeep was always available and got immediate responses every time we messaged. He was gracious enough to help us with the early check-in and extended check-out.

Nice Home, Excellent Owner

It started with a surprise hidden by a prior guest, but the Owner was very responsive and sent the cleaning crew back to address the issue immediately. The home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. Unlike many others, you can't tell this is a VRBO from the street because it is well-maintained. We left a few valuables behind, and the Owner was kind enough to mail them to us without an extra charge. That was very kind.

This property was very clean and family friendly. It was also very was within a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and 10 minute drive to nearby major restaurants. There is a neighborhood park near by to enjoy. The host is very friendly and communicative. I give him a big shout out he was able to accommodate our last minute family get away. We recommend this home and will recommend to our friends and family who need a quick little get away. We will also book again!

Mini family reunion

Five of us were visiting family in Tracy for a big birthday party. We needed a place where we could be together and that was close to the event at my sister‘s house. This house served that purpose well. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

This place was greatly misrepresented in the photos and reviews. It was a disgusting experience. Dirty carpet, dirty appliances, broken blinds, foul odor, dirty walls. The list can go on and on. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but we only stayed 1 night. We would not stay again.
