Galt Getaway is so close to everything, Quaint Downtown eating and shopping, Freeway access, Lodi Wine Country, The Delta waterways, Elk Grove Shopping, Year-round community festivals, Galt’s famous flea market, Farmer’s market, and excellent school district. This brand-new home has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. We do allow up to 3 dogs for a pet fee. There is a pet run for our furry guests. Perfect for all ages. Come stay and enjoy all that Galt has to offer. $3900 per month with pet fee, if applicable and cleaning fee.
PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee. We must be notified if you are bringing dogs. Up to three dogs may be brought. No other pets are allowed. Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.
