Orchard Cottage Barn @ Redmorlea Farm is a high-quality 17th-century barn conversion set in a private courtyard near Waterhouses, combining rustic charm with modern comfort.

Inside, you’ll find underfloor heating, stone floors and oak beams in the open-plan living space, with a leather recliner sofa, TV and unlimited WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen features solid oak units, granite worktops and a Belfast sink, plus a ground-floor cloakroom.
