We were stuck here after our flight due to winter weather, obviously frustrated - the host checking us in was efficient and even risked a joke that made us laugh, it helped a lot!
The hallway has an awful smell and is not very clean - there is a fan sitting on the floor (? spill, leak)
The beds are comfortable. Overall cleanliness is fair - light switches are gross. We ate at the pizzeria, service was excellent( bar tender was great!) food was good but the menus were so dirty, a definite turn...

Very close to airport with excellent shuttle service which was easy to locate at the airport. Rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. Public areas of the hotel could do with upgrade..Staff were very friendly and efficient .Generally a very pleasant stay.

Great stay at this hotel rooms were big and clean with a great view of the city staff are helpful and friendly, Great location nearly everthing within walking distance only downside is parking is expensive at $84 a night but you can go in and out as you please.

We were able to check in early and everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was having to pay $25 with tax to park in the hotel parking lot!

Really enjoyed our stay here, very central location, property in good condition, comfortable rooms & beds with good toiletries and restaurant and bar were good. Used the gym which although small had everything I’d want. Only thing that was disappointing was I had booked here for the pool and two days before arrival we were told the pool was closed for the time being.

All the staff was friendly, helpful and competent. The bed was comfy, bathroom, spotless and plenty of hot water. There was a place for everything. I love to stay at the Courtyards because service is more personal and it feels like my own home. Thank you.
