9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,657 reviews)
This hotel was excellent! Its convenient location offered easy access to local attractions and public transit throughout London. The staff provided exceptional, proactive service and helpful guidance for first-time visitors. The rooftop was a great spot for drinks, and the restaurant/lounge had a lively atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

7.2/10 Good! (11 reviews)
I was mislead by the address . It was not an accurate location .
And I wasn’t informed that the studio was in a deep basement with many steps . It was hugely inconvenient . I left it after two days to a hotel .

8.4/10 Very good! (10,867 reviews)

We saw the posting in the elevator going to our room. It was not ideal to be faced with the sounds of construction starting at 9am throughout ..."
