"We stopped over for one night with our two kids and our dog. The staff could not have been more friendly, and they were very helpful in giving us advice about places and events to check out in Bristol. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were glad we had booked one of the rooms with air conditioning as it was a warm night: we had cool air in the bedroom, and thanks to underfloor heating our feet were still nice and warm on the tile floor in the bathroom. We were impressed with how dog friendly the hotel was, with water bowl by the front door and treats on the reception desk. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable time and great value for money. We will be staying again!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit. The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe throughout, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay. With the heatwave during my visit, I was also grateful for the number of fans provided in the room — it made a big difference and showed the hotel’s attention to guests’ comfort. "We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
