"This place can be an affordable option for many guests. The property has been a round for a long time and age is catching up on this place. It has a great location up on Tunnel mountain with free parking and it is quiet there. You will definitely enjoy the space of the rooms compared to others in Banff. Just dont expect a new finishes or perfection like other options in Banff. "

"Clean room and friendly staff. Only issue is some weird knocking noise around 6-8 am around my room, I got waken up two days in a row at 6am. Other than that the experience is great."

"This property is superb! Couldn’t be more centrally located, rooms are spacious and nice and the amenities, two hot tubs outdoors along with Steam room and sauna are first class. Breakfast is quite good (can get crowded when skiers are trying to eat early) and best of all, the staff at the front desk (especially Joel) are top notch!!"

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a nice addition but not quite hot enough The free shuttle to town is a definite plus. Only negative is the dinner menu…. Plates to share and expensive considering the food quality. I would have loved some fresh organic options on the menu. The Banff townsite is not far away though. I do live the feeling of being nestled in the mountains. I will go back again"
