"Arrived at 6:30pm waited in line to check in 1/2 hr. Room was not ready,had to wait for it to be cleaned. I was lucky some people with reservations were turned away because their rooms were in another building and not cleaned. The housekeeping staff walked off the job due to not being paid. No dishes in the kitchen so it was useless."

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

The room was extremely clean and bigger than I expected, with the AC working perfectly (as I like to sleep in a cold room). Breakfast was no-frills (bagels, cereal, juice, etc) but no complaints otherwise. "

"Not a nice property. Bathrooms were dirty. Dirty toothpastes and toothbrushes had been left by previous guests and were still there. There were ants everywhere. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Towels and linen were old and didn’t feel clean. The place was completely cluttered with useless stuff, like a packrat lived there. The listing advertised a washer and dryer but the laundry room was locked so we couldn’t use it. The owners lived upstairs and were quite noisy until about 11pm."
