"Every thing was awesome even though I slipped In the pool area and hurt my elbow everything else made up for it. It was warm, clean, inviting and breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Door didnot fit, big crack around the edges. Lock didnot work very good. Shower had no volume of water, barely enough to get wet little alone have a relaxing shower. Pillows very lumpy and called down and they didn't have any spare or extra pillows. Did not get the amount of what the room was advertised for. Not impressed will not book through expedia again."

"This property is budget friendly and is located in a central downtown location. The room was average as expected, dated and showing its age. It could use a good cleaning as windows in lobby and room as well as elevators/floors need attention. The breakfast was good with an assortment of options. Pool and hot tub are small but a nice amenity to have. Nighttime outside the hotel is noisy but earplugs help. It’s an older property and expectations should be such. Staff is friendly and service is good. "

"Always liked this place but a few things this time makes me think things are going a little downhill. First, the temperature in the rooms was sweltering and there was nothing you could do to adjust it, other than opening up the sliding door to the little balcony. They did send us up a a fan but evenings were hard to sleep through. Worse was the temperature in the gym. Felt like you were working out in Death Valley in the middle of the summer. Breakfasts were not as good, either. Eggs now seem powdered. Coffee was weak and no way Starbucks’s as advertised. Nice to get complimentary valet but one day after returning our car at 12:30 in the afternoon, we were walking out to go for dinner at 5 and the car was still outside. They forgot to park it. Staff still pretty friendly and good location on Whyte Avenue. But hotel needs to up its game as people will stop coming if they don’t. "

"Close to Edmonton arena, restaurant at hotel reasonable , good food, rooms and hotel better than expected. Stayed in King Suite, parking on site, would recommend if going to an Oilers game downtown, 20 min from Edmonton Mall"
