Found long black hairs in our new room towel and after requesting new towels one of those had hairs all over it too! I can understand once but twice especially after providing the reason for new towels, it’s clearly visible and should be noticed when folding the towels. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The hallway also had a consistent bad smell but it didn’t carry into the room. Otherwise our stay was good we only stayed one night, it’s in a great location walking distance to many things and our view over the city was great!! Bed was comfortable and nice bathroom!

I love visiting this LHotel. The art is a central point for me and my room had the perfect picture for me, even though they couldn’t have known that. The bathroom was stellar and clean though the room itself is a bit dated. I appreciate the generous furniture and space but no so much the stains on the carpet and chair cushion. Breakfast “is a light term” for the croissants and coffee that were available on the lobby. Love the location just off the main streets in Old Montreal, near Norte Dame and the square/park. I WILL be back again. 😁
