Nestled within stunning countryside with picturesque views of the expansive farm land, the cart lodge has been thoughtfully designed for families, couples, or friends seeking tranquillity. With all the mod-cons and amenities, and surrounded by acres-upon acres of woodland and picturesque fields of wheat and barley, this contemporary and cosy property provides an incredibly peaceful place to spend your time. While away your holiday with wildlife spotting excursions near or far – sink into your hot tub to watch the natural world gently breeze by or lace up your walking boots to explore ample footpaths all around the property. The accommodation itself is a generously appointed three-bed that happily hosts up to six guests and one dog.
Laminate flooring, neatly painted walls and modern fixtures add to the overall freshness of this two-storey property. Step inside to be greeted by a sprawling open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with French doors access into the similarly spacious, entirely enclosed garden. Whilst there’s a Smart TV and plenty of soft seating laid out in the lounge, you’ll also discover Smart TVs in two of the three bedrooms. Ideal for families or those eager to enjoy a little bit of their own space, you can choose to chill out independently or with the rest of the group. Offering even more privacy, two bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom, a snug double, is served by a separate family bathroom.
Set off exploring with a picnic packed, discovering plenty of scenic footpaths and a vibrant nature reserve close by (5.5 miles). You can also become immersed in the local area by heading to the surrounding towns, finding Woolpit (2 miles) and Stowmarket (4 miles) just a short distance away.
