Arrivé de nuit, la borne était en panne mais tout de suite après avoir téléphoné, une personne est descendu nous remettre les clés et codes. Le seul véritable soucis est l’insonorisation inexistante donc nuisances sonores de bonne heure...

Personnel très accueillant, donnant infos pratiques pour faciliter le séjour. Hôtel très bien situé pour se rendre à Strasbourg par le tram (station à 7 mn à pied). Commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Bon accueil. Chambre correcte pour le prix. Nous étions placés en début d’aile et, par conséquent, nous avons été gênés par le bruit de la porte battante placée à l’entrée de l’aile à quelques mètres de notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix.

Hôtel minable. À fuir!

Hôtel très inconfortable. Il faisait 40 degrés dans la chambre. Pas de clim et impossibilité de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car rez de chaussée sans oscillo battant ( nous avions laissé ouvert mais une personne est venue nous importuner en pleine nuit et nous avons du fermer en catastrophe) La salle de bain douche non séparée des wc. Après avoir pris une douche, on ne pouvait accéder au wc sans se mouiller les pieds. Le matelas du lit posé sur une planche de contreplaqué. Environnement nul: dans une zone commerciale ( vue sur Super U et Macdo) Toute la nuit du bruit extérieur comme interieur, des cris, des cavalcade, des portes qui claquent. Un hôtel qui ressemble à des clapiers pour lapins. Un petit déjeuner dégueulasse , du café qui n'en est pas. Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour cet hôtel miteux. Bref hôtel à fuir.

Bathroom needed attention

The bathroom was tired and had a bad smell most of the time. The bed had sunk in the middle so you rolled into it all the time. Second night we had to sleep diagonally to sleep at all. Breakfast was fairly good for France but lots of crashing of plates going on in the kitchen. Good location for catching tram to Strasbourg and helpful staff.

un peu mieux qu'un formule1, chambre très exigue, minimaliste, douche moyenne avec un rideau de douche, pas de seche cheveux , petit dèje pas terrible pour 8 euro: petite salle pas assez de places, il a fallut attendre pour pouvoir déjeuner; Hotel bien situté idéal pour visiter Strasbourg, personnel à l'acceuil sympathique;

Zimmer sauber, Matratze gut. Leider kein Schrank, Zimmer könnte größer sein. Muffiger Geruch. In der Umgebung Lidl und Super-U. 5 min. bis zur Tram und dann ist man in weniger als 30min auf der Ile. Service war super nett, flexibel und zuvorkommend.

Very basic but totally adequate and clean rooms! Great bargain! Next to a grocery store and a McDonald's. Even has an automatic check-in if you arrive during the hours without desk staff.

Lorsque l on va à l hôtel c est pour y passer la nuit pas pour y faire la fête les voisins du haut on fait beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 4h du matin Nous avons l habite d aller ds cet hôtel tout se passe toujours bien mais cette fois très déçu de plus lors du petit déjeuner plus de pain ni viennoiseries à 9h30 et tout cela sans aucunes excuses ni geste commercial Voilà pourquoi ce commentaire

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal

Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht von dem kleinen Hotel . Da es so preiswert ist,haben das nicht erwartet. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer ein Lächeln drauf. Die Zimmer und alle anderen Räume sauber . Besonders hat uns der Außenbereich des Hotels gefallen. Sitzmöglichkeiten gab es genug und auch ein Fernsehen draußen um Fußball zu schauen. Ein Deutsches Programm wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht.Da das Wetter so schön war, haben wir im Zimmer nur übernachtet, so hat das uns nicht gestört. Vom Hotel mit dem Auto bis Straßburg ist es nicht so weit, ca 15 Fahrminuten .Wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder.
