The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children. The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s.

The moment we arrived to our departure the whole experience was very stress free and relaxing. When you have had a full day you don't want to be delayed booking in. Breakfast provided a variety of options and was very well presented. All the staff acknowledged your existence and were genuinely warm. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Very close to the old town 25min walk or two regular buses.

Friendly staff but would not go there again

We arrived late night just before the kitchen closed. We ordered food, but it was really bad - the steak was raw and when it was sent back, it came back as if it had been in the microwave The room was clean, but it smelled really bad. Could have been from the drain in bathroom, but it also smelled in the hallway The room was really cold in the night, and we all ended up freezing. The staff was really friendly and good service.

Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel Europe Hagenau. Das Zimmer (Suite) mit Bad war sehr sauber und groß. Vor uns lag das Hotel perfekt um Hagenau und Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch die Umgebung vom Hotel war sehr ruhig und es gab genügend Parkplätze. Der SPA Bereich uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Schönes Hotel fürs Wochenende.

Die Suite war sehr sauber und bot genug Platz. Bett und Couch waren komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei akut heißem Wetter bestens. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Spa mit kleinem Innenpool und zwei Hydros sowie das Dampfbad waren super und geschmackvoll mit Lichtern gestaltet. Mit dem Fahrrad konnte man bequem in die Innenstadt und den Wald fahren.
