Although the location was very good, the room was extremely small, the bathroom was somewhat adapted and it was impossible to sit properly on the toilet due to the smallness of the place, I was cold since the heater they had was not enough for the room which in itself was small, reasonable price.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, I would suggest new pillows as they went flat even using 2 pillows didn’t help. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast buffet, would not pay for it again.

Having to pay £100 (holding fee) is not needed. Only hotel I’ve stayed at that does this. Not a fan of this method. Staff very friendly & would recommend. Great location as well. Fairly comfortable although you can hear what’s going on in the adjacent rooms.

We initially were given a room with no view but we paid for a room with a view. This was rectified quite quickly. There was a smell of sewage in the bar and lobby area. The down stairs toilet was out of action so that was the suspected cause of the smell. The location was great and the view once ...

Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.
