Top Stratford Hotel Reviews

Spencer Hotel and Conference Centre

Spencer Hotel and Conference Centre

8/10 Good
"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting University Hospital—it’s very convenient and close by. I also really liked the large green area around the hotel; it made the surroundings feel peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind and rest after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was surprised when they tried to charge me a third party booking fee for going through Expedia. This was not something I was expecting. It felt like a money grab and left a negative impression of an otherwise lovely stay."

"Rooms were spacious, furniture could use an update (tub chairs were not comfortable) our kuerig didn’t work and staff was very quick at replacing it. Just an FYI kids under 48” are not allowed on the water slide and under 12 years old can’t go in the hot tub"

The Walper Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt

8/10 Good
"I loved the property and the staff. Great room. Well maintained historic property. I would have given it a 5 * rating but for the neighbourhood . The neighbourhood is questionable. I would not feel comfortable walking there at night. During the day is fine- just a lot of homeless folks and guys asking for money."
