"Property is older so rooms were small but beds were comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and it was nice not to have to leave the hotel. We found good restaurants for dinner in Breakin ( Red Skye) & Bradford (Claymore) a 10-15 min drive away. Kyleakin is a a good hour to the hikes on the Trotternish Peninsula and 30 min to Portree so you need to plan around that travel time. "

"It was a quick one night stop for us on our trip but very nice -comfy bed and streaming services on their smart TV so you could just log in and watch what you preferred!! We had drinks at the bar and dessert -nice staff as well "

"While our room was clean and nice, like a boutique hotel room, the main guest area is where we hung out when at the hotel. It is really a standout, the pictures don’t quite do it justice. However, the staff is what makes this place exceptional. We were here during a bad storm, and the area lost power. We were stressed a bit, but the staff just made us feel taken care of and safe. If you want to visit the Isle of Skye, and you know what that entails, this hotel is an easy pick."

"Absolutely loved our visit to Bracken Hide hotel. The property is beautiful, the cabins are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was comfy. We were cozy and warm. Our stay included breakfast which was fantastic and we ate dinner both nights at the restaurant and the food was delicious. This was a great base for us as we explored the Isle of Skye. They had a couple of cute little sheep on the property and they were just hanging out by the cabin the first morning. Love this place and wish we could have stayed longer and yes definitely would come back!! Best hotel of our whole vacation."
