The lock on the double doors for the hall leading to my apartment was very very difficult to unlock and caused a lot of frustration and needs attention .Steffen was very kind and came to my aid when my taxi dropped me off in the wrong place and carried my bag up the stairs and arranged a taxi for me when I left.The trams are great to get around on and I loved the city with its lovely old buildings in Erfurt."

"Excellent location, city centre and ither points of interest walkable. Very clean. Comfy beds. Spacious room. Very friendly barman. Easy parking at the back of the hotel or in parkhaus hauptpost (25 eur per day) as car can only stay for 2 hours parked on the street for (ca. 4 euros). "
