"We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead for the spa to avoid disappointment. "

"Clean room, excellent location view onto the mill/river Avon. Only downside was the smell from the bathroom which was reported and action taken by staff promptly but still had the issue however was given a air freshener. Continental breakfast was nice and welcoming. Great views and would come back for sure (in the same room 123).Car parking available but tricky if returning from day out in evening due to tight space's to manoeuvre your vehicle into the spaces available. otherwise will be back again."
