"The condo was great for my husband and I. The complex has an elevator or stars. There are luggage carts you can use. The kitchen has what you need for basic cooking. A nice table and chairs on the balcony that over looks the pool and ocean. You can hear the waves. The bed could use an updating. The AC worked nicely since it was 95 degrees everyday. Communication with Johnnie was fabulous. She was very accommodating and helpful when we had to extend our stay. Check in/out was very simple with easy to follow instructions. The pool/ beach area is easy to access."

"This condo was a great place to stay! The condo building is located directly on the beach. As soon as you walk past the pool, you are immediately on the beach access.It's an end unit condo so you have windows on two sides. It was immediately comfortable which made our stay very enjoyable. The condo is also well equipped.Communication with the owner was great! they answered all questions prior to our arrival very quickly and provided us with all the information needed.We will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful Ocean-front Condo. The Host was fantastic in her communication before and during our stay. We had some scheduled maintenance in the building and other construction that was beyond her control and she did everything to accommodate us to make it better. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beach was beautiful and we loved that the area was dog-friendly. Highly recommend the Drift Kitchen & Bar Restaurant located within the Hutchinson Shores Resort. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Johnnie!"

"Susan is a terrific host. The condo was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Everything was as listed. The ocean/pool view was perfect. We were in town for a wedding so the location was fantastic and having a covered parking spot made it convenient to avoid getting clothes and gifts wet during the occasionally rain storms. Thank you for everything Susan. We appreciated the clear and timely communication. If we need to, or just decide to be in that part of the world again, we will definitely consider staying at your wonderful condo again."

"Excellent property. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. Beautiful view and wonderful sunrises. Kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking. Barbecue's are also available by the pool. The Living-room was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Large televisions in Both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom had a wonderful walk-in shower. The pool on the property is well kept and very clean as the ocean is also just steps away. I loved everything about this unit and location. Will definitely reserve again with Johnnie; she is very attentive and responds quickly to questions. This was my second visit to this location."

"Just like the picture. Beautiful ocean view. Spacious bedroom. Stocked kitchen. Path to the beach has stairs. Close to grocery store. Host was quick to respond when we needed extra towels. Easy parking and easy access to the condo. I would stay here again."
