"The view is amazing. Communication was excellent and responsive. I was surprised by no soap in the shower and no foil for wrapping up leftovers. It’s an older condo and the first morning I was awaken by construction right outside my bedroom window, same floor, not just in the condo complex. It’s a small condo but if you are looking for a few days to get away, I would recommend. Too small for long term rental. The area surrounding is very nice and well kept."

The ongoing maintenance over the years can be a bother but it is needed to keep up a bldg by the ocean. Johnnie does a great job with communication if needed. Weather got us this time but the crashing surf is nice. Winds can be loud at times but that’s Fl coastal living. Be back next year."
