"We had a really great vacation and would definitely rent one of Al’s properties again. The house wasn’t quite as large as it appeared in the video, but to be fair, the host did advise us to verify the floor plan for sleeping arrangements ahead of time. Even though it was smaller than expected, we were still able to make it work comfortably for our kids and grandkids. The home was super clean, stocked with every amenity you could think of, and plenty of extras too. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"We have rented these properties for two years now and this one did not disappoint. Sparkling clean, amazing location, and stocked with everything from beach towels to coffee and tea to everything you need to enjoy the beach. The floating dock and the elevator were great for my elderly father. The layout is confusing from the description and the layout posted so this will be helpful to others: there are four beautiful bedrooms upstairs. One is billed as a family room/bedroom but it is an actual bedroom and a beautiful one. Downstairs there is the efficiency apartment, a bunk room, and two other bedrooms. The two bathrooms downstairs are all shared inside the efficiency apartment. We did find a way to improvise some privacy with the partitions provided. I would highly recommend these properties for a big family vacation. More than enough room, lots of outdoor space, enough parking, and secluded beach."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and by far was the best stocked beach house we have ever stayed at. Beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the shared dock across the street. Absolutely amazing stay, would love to return someday."

"We had a great stay! Honestly, it was a bit dated but that faded away when we were just enjoying the amenities! We were out side most of the time and loved it! We had one request from Al and he responded immediately. So happy with everything!!"
