Sunny Seashell Haven

Rent this 2-BR, 2-BA Tennis Villa 4007 condo within the Indian River Plantation Resort Community overlooking the IRP Resort golf course and lakes. The residence features easy maintenance ceramic tile flooring throughout, and a glass enclosed balcony allowing either fresh outside air or cool HVAC. The balcony overlooks the lakes and golf course of the Indian River Plantation Resort, and is a relaxing spot to enjoy food and beverages during your stay.  The Tennis Villas village is conveniently located just across the street from the private IRP ocean beach access, so no need for a car.  The Tennis Villas provide a private community swimming pool and tennis court for their owners and guests, and BBQ area for grilled food preparation.  Enjoy your stay!

Tennis Villa Condo Association requires tenant application to be filled out and approved before tenant arrival. Please allow at least 14 days between booking date and check in date. We will email you a copy of the application to complete once you have booked the property. Utility allowance of $100/month during the off season. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.
