  • Experience island living in this well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with stunning views of the Indian River Intracoastal Waterway. The residence features ceramic tile flooring in the main areas and comfortable carpeting in the bedrooms. A glass-enclosed patio expands the living space and highlights the serene riverfront setting. Inside, you'll find two flat-screen TVs, an additional TV in the guest bedroom, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Located within the privacy-gated Bayview community, residents and guests can enjoy resort-style amenities, including a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, car wash station, and covered parking.
