Manatee Pocket Place

  • If you are looking for a fun-in-the-sun Olde Florida community where local fishermen bring in the fresh catch daily for nearby restaurants and cafes, you will love the Manatee Pocket area of south Stuart.  The Manatee Pocket is just south of the Stuart Inlet on the Atlantic Ocean, so beautiful beaches are not far away, and the nautical flavor and salt air of the area is simply the perfect place to relax and refresh.

    SE Manatee Terrace is a well maintained single family home of 3-bedrooms, 2-baths, and an attached 2-car garage.  You will enjoy the privacy of a fully walled yard and large heated swimming pool to the rear of the residence.  The entire rear of the house features a screen enclosed patio including a full sized pool table.  Check out the interior photos of the home to see the decor and layout.  This new listing is just waiting for you to visit and make some great vacation memories on the Treasure Coast.

    Manatee Terrace requires at least 24 hours in between bookings.
    Pets allowed with approval. $500.00 pet fee per pet. 

    Utility allowance of $200/month during the off season. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.
