"The lounge area of the hotel was great. Room was clean but the hall ways and room feels outdated. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet- no complaints, plenty of options available. Strong smoke smell in staircase area. Pool area and spa needs attention- shame really. No towels in changing ..."

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better ..."
