"The studio was very clean with nice beachy touches. Clean and comfortable bed and sofa. Good shower pressure. Kitchen area had adequate coffee maker and supplies. Short distance to the beach for great snorkeling and swimming. "

The location was perfect: central location for Kailua-Kona coastline, as well as for going North & South for site seeing. Love love loved this place. If we’d never left the house, we were in paradise. Beds were comfortable & pool and deck were fabulous. "

The breakfast items provided included fresh fruit, fresh macadamia nuts and fresh baked goods daily. "It was a total dream! We had enough space for all 7 of us to have privacy & individualized comfort. Beds & pillows were SO nice I’m going to buy the same pillows for my home now! Everything was clean & delightful, all the necessities were thought of. Extra things were there, and just made it easy -Tupperware, coffee filters, laundry soap…Esther was a wonderful hostess!! We had a yoga teacher come every day to the house & had plenty of space for outdoor classes. The pool was warm & simply magical at night. Definitely a perfect place for a small retreat! I will always book this location for my future visits to Hawaii! Thank you again for sharing this beautiful home!! "
