"Five Stars Are Not Enough… for this house and its owners. We had a magical 10-day stay with an extended family group ranging in age from 10 months to 69 years old. The photos of the view on the listing are REAL. The power never went out, even literally during Hurricane Lala. The owners were incredible. Jon the owner even kept the pool heated when we were stranded on the island for three extra days. He not only accommodated us staying on, but also answered by text at 2am Mainland Time when the code had timed out due to a tech glitch. Things We Loved: - The View, The View, The View- Perfect internet. - The porch is where we spent all our time. - The master bedroom is air conditioned and has an ensuite bath with a giant closet. Great for our young parents with a baby. - The pool- The pool toys. So many!- Location. Close to Kona and the road that circles the island- Great kitchen for group cooking-Big table for group dinners and games- So. Much. More! If you are looking for a house on the Kona side for a family group, THIS IS THE PLACE. I will never stay anywhere else on the Big Island—I’m too spoiled by this house, its pool, its view, its amazing owners and the great memories we made there."

"This was such a wonderful house! It was extremely clean and comfortable. We booked this house for 8 people (2 families) and we were able to each have a side of the house with bedrooms and a bathroom. We loved it and wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t adjust our plans for the next leg of our trip. Highly recommend!!!!"

"What an incredible week!! We were even there during a hurricane but this part of the island seems to have a lower impact from such events. Absolutely amazing week! The pool was so great to have for our six kids and we had plenty of room. AC in the bedrooms was awesome"

"We had the best stay there! The surroundings are so beautiful in pictures and picuresc: filled with blooming flowers, different types of fruit on the trees all around the largest state. It’s a place to get away from all the chaos of people to relax and just let your body catch up with your soul. I would recommend this place over and over and over! Lisa is just wonderful to work with. She is kind and thoughtful. Leave you alone but it’s very communicative to any needs.The room that we stayed in the Bungalow is small, but perfect! We mostly were outside in the deck area, enjoying coffee in the morning. The kitchen is spacious enough. I would only recommend maybe a small broom to have, but I did stay there longer than maybe most people I stayed 10 days.I would recommend this place highly for anybody who wants to get away and have quiet and enjoy peace in the mornings or afternoons or evenings. It’s just perfect and you can sit out and catch the sunset which is just beautiful.MahaloK.Graham"
