"The grounds are beautiful with nice tennis courts and a large pool that we enjoyed. We also used the grill for dinner one night. The condo is laid out well, so convenient to be able to do laundry, and a small but efficient kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and sheets soft. There were plenty of beach accessories at the condo- towels, chairs, snorkels, coolers, etc. The only draw back was the heat. Granted we were here end of July/ early August, but it was very hot. There is a space air conditioner in the main bedroom that cools 1 room. We ended up moving another mattress on the floor in there so that 4 out of 5 of us slept in that room. The second bedroom was never cool enough to fall asleep in at night. There is absolutely no breeze that comes through the windows, so we could not comfortably be in the condo in the afternoon unless it was the bedroom with the AC. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and great for multiple people to spread out. We loved the close vicinity to everything in Kona and especially loved that the beach was directly across the street…as we surfed and fished daily during our stay. Mahalo Amber!"
