"The property itself was next level, I was excited to stay. Very well maintained, clean and very much a resort vibe, not just another hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean with a comfortable bed, pool was amazing and all situated right on the beach. My only complaint was the food, what was described on the menu was different from what I got, and the manager wasn't accommodating at all. Besides that though, 10 out of 10."

"The property was so beautiful!! The sunsets were amazing from the master bedroom and lani. The beds and furniture were VERY high quality and I never wanted to get out of bed. Hosts did not disappoint. Always responsive to needs. Pool was fun and Beach was 50 yards from condo . Everything was new. Loved our stay as it was central to all the attractions . Ac was so cold :). New windows keep the bugs out and we are so happy. We will be back. Mahalo"

"Not sure if there is anything that can be done, but in the lanai area there are a lot of mosquitoes. I couldn't sit out there at night because I got bitten up pretty badly—just a heads up. The view was spectacular!!! And the convenience of the beach."

"We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s beautiful townhome in Keauhou. The listing and other reviews are 100% accurate. The views are spectacular and the home is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need during your stay. We especially appreciated all the beach gear, making it super easy to pack up and go. This is a lovely, quiet townhome community located only 5-10 minutes from all the Kona activities. You will not be disappointed in this property."
