Great hotel and very clean, but there was a lot of construction nearby and the parking was a little confusing. I drove all the way down to the parking garage after pressing the button and had to carefully back all the way up the ramp. For the time being, the small lot behind the hotel was free but it was very limited parking.

Warm room & free parking

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped in any way. Parking was on site with no charge. the rooms were nice and warm since it was winter. Everything lovely.

We booked this after a last minute temporary closure of another nearby hotel forced us the rebook here. Our main criteria was proximity to the Goldberg S-Bahn. The cost was very budget friendly. Furnishings such as pillows and towels were low quality. Fixtures such as shower were dated. Breakfast cost 17.95 Euros which is overpriced considering the limited selection of foods offered as well as the buffet area being a bit cramped. I recommend a morning walk to the Sehne Bäckerei or Kaufland for breakfast. Housekeeping was sporadic - service on some some days but not others without a way of knowing what days were planned for service. It’s ok if you want a place on a budget, but I’d shop around first.

Awful hotel

The first room we were checked into smelled of cigarette, hadnt been cleaned, and the power outlets didnt work. They moved us to a new room that had mold growing in the bathroom and windows, the room was littered with cigarette burn marks on the window sill and the nightstands.

Awful stay, rude staff and as usual issues with getting hotels.com 2 rooms reservation, the transfer of information for hotels.com to the hotel is a huge issue. Ac did not work 27 degrees celcius in the room!!!

The guy in the reception very unfriendly I had to ask every day if I can pay and get my invoice. His answer was I am busy now come back later or during the checkout. I explained to him that I need to check out at 7 am and that I had no time , he was impolite and didn’t care and carried talking to other people. No way I come back here knowing the room was 130 Euro without breakfast

Very poor Wi-Fi connection

Very poor Wi-Fi connection, which disconnected every 3-4 minutes and I had to log in again. You have to pay €3 for better wifi. I was very disappointed with the wifi, the usual free unlimited connection in hotels. Here the wifi is really only available for a few minutes and then you are disconnected and you have to log in to the network again
