"We had a wonderful time in Passignano! The house was even better than the pictures, and we loved everything about it. The kitchen was very well equipped. although we didn’t cook as there were so many excellent restaurants by the lake. Our stay was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.Rossella, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything we needed or any questions we had. The train station was 10 minutes walk from the house and we took the opportunity to go to Perugia another beautiful city.I honestly cannot fault the property. Passignano itself is such a beautiful and picturesque town I cannot wait to go back! "

"The villa was perfect for our family of six adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. There are numerous spaces both outside and inside to relax and enjoy quiet time. The lake view is spectacular!Our hostess Barbara was wonderful. She responded immediately to any concerns that we had and checked in with us frequently to assure our needs were met."

"The bedsheets are extremely low quality and makes sleeping an uncomfortable experience. You need to improve the bedsheets. "

"Stayed for 3 Nights really nice little place slightly expensive on the drinks though, the staff were lovely, it’s a shame they don’t have WI-Fi in the Bedrooms something the hotel should consider "

"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."
