"Excellent hotel just a 10 minute stroll from the Old Town. We stayed in a comfort room which was spotless clean with a wonderful rainfall shower and good size bathroom. Decor is quirky but very stylish. Stayed 3 nights which was plenty of time to see the city. Breakfast buffet had great choices and hotel staff were attentive. Would recommend as a great place to stay. "

"The accommodation was great, my only issue was the day of check out the housekeeping staff just open the door without announcing herself. Minutes later the front desk came advising of check out time. It was about 13 minutes after which to me wasn’t a problem but a disappointment due to their approach. At check out the keys were turned over to the front office and the agent didn’t even wish us a fond farewell. This really left a sour taste in my mouth after being in such a great accommodation. Perhaps a little more training for the staff would go along way."

"Room was awesome…definitely a little dated but beyond comfortable and clean. So much space and plenty of storage. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and old town was about a 15-20 minute walk. "

"Short visit for two nights. Arrived by train from Vienna. The station was a 15-20 mins walk. Hotel is not far from old town. Staff were nice. There was an ability to buy snacks and drinks from the bar area to take up to your room but it was also not far to find small supermarkets etc. "

"This was my second visit to VIP apartments and I can’t praise it enough! The staff are so friendly, helpful and patient! The accomodation is very spacious with a huge main room with a double bed, sofa bed, another sofa, a small table and 3 chairs . There was a fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine and everything you need for a short stay. Coffee and tea sachets were also provided. Everywhere was spotless. I also liked the fact that the toilet is a separate room from the shower, as this makes it easier and more private if you are sharing the room. Last but not least, the location is fantastic. It’s right at the entrance to the Old Town with beautiful Bratislava at your doorstep. Thank you! I will be back! "
